Each panda doll takes 3-5 days to handmake. We will make and ship out depending on the order of payments. But we can't guarantee if it's in peak season, there may be a delay for a few days.

Please check if the package is complete, then take out the brush and hair remover to tidy up the doll's hair and restore it to its best condition.
